Unity International Education (Thailand) is a dynamic language institute based in Bangkok, whose aim is to provide high quality, professionally taught IELTS preparation courses for students who wish to study at top UK universities. Our courses provide the solution to the IELTS needs of prospective UK university students.

Our Teachers
Each of our teachers is a qualified professional with either CELTA/Trinity TESOL or DELTA/Trinity Diploma. They all have many years’ experience teaching IELTS in a variety of locations including London, Japan and Thailand. We pride ourselves on constantly up-dating our knowledge and teaching methods to ensure that each student receives the best IELTS preparation course possible.

Learning environment
We aim to provide a friendly and very high quality learning atmosphere in which students can feel confident in the knowledge that their IELTS learning needs are met at all times. To this end, learning takes place in modern, well equipped comfortable classrooms.

In order to maintain our excellent standards of IELTS teaching and learning, the maximum number of students in each class is 9. In our experience, a group of this size ensures that each student receives a high level of input from their teacher. In addition, each student has a weekly individual meeting with their teacher, where they have an opportunity to discuss their progress and future IELTS objectives.

There are three main elements for successful IELTS preparation:

• A well designed curriculum
• Superb quality of teaching
• High student motivation and participation

We have absolute confidence that our courses provide the first two. Students attending our centre will be fully equipped with the language structures they need and a comprehensive range of strategies required to succeed in the IELTS exam. The third element must come from you, the student. You must be prepared to meet the challenges that lie ahead in what is a demanding course. At UIE, we recognise that each student is unique with different learning styles. Because of this, we strongly believe in helping our students to become independent learners with the ability to make informed decisions about how to achieve the maximum IELTS score possible. In order to be successful at IELTS, students are expected to work independently both in and outside the classroom.

*There are two internationally recognised governing bodies offering English language teaching qualifications:
Cambridge offers
1. The CELTA (Certificate in English language teaching to adults) which is a basic teaching qualification
2. The DELTA (Diploma in English language teaching to adults) which is an advanced postgraduate qualification
Trinity offers
1. The Trinity cert TESOL, which is a basic teaching qualification
2. The Trinity DIPTESOL, which is an advanced postgraduate qualification
There is very little difference between Trinity and Cambridge and their qualifications are recognised worldwide as the benchmarks of language teaching excellence.
